How we handle the little you share with us.
What we collect
When you make an enquiry we collect only what you give us: your name, your contact details, where you are looking, an approximate budget if you choose to share one, and the note you write. Nothing more is gathered, and we do not track you across other sites.
Why we hold it
We hold it to answer you, and to keep a record of a conversation you began. Every enquiry is read by Kiran K Shah. We do not sell, rent, or pass your details to any third party, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Where it lives
The enquiry form on this site does not send or store anything itself. It opens WhatsApp with your message written out, and nothing reaches us until you press send there. Your message is then held in the firm’s WhatsApp, under WhatsApp’s own terms, and access is limited to the people who need it to reply to you. Career applications made from the Careers page reach us the same way.
Discretion
Discretion is the firm’s default. No client is named, no address is published, and referrals are made only with permission asked first.
Your choices
You may ask us at any time what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to castleandnestrealty@gmail.com and we will act within a reasonable period.
